What is the Get Your Body Back programme about?
This is a 13 week body transformation programme (includes a 1 week preparation week) that gives you the information and guidance that will allow you to transform your body. This programme has been designed to teach you tried and tested principles that will help you get results but also a level of knowledge that will enable you to continue getting results and maintain them beyond the 13 week programme.
Will I have to follow a restrictive meal plan?
Absolutely not. The programme includes an educational section on nutrition, which shows you how to tailor your own nutrition plan. There are plenty of tasty recipes included, which have been designed to provide your body with great nutrition.
Do I have to count calories?
Counting calories and macronutrients is optional. We have included a training on visual portion size guidance so that you don’t have to count calories if you don’t want to. We have also included a training on setting up calorie and macronutrient targets for those who want to dial their nutrition in to a finer level of detail.
Will I need access to a gym?
Ideally yes. Strength and resistance training is the most important type of exercise you can do to transform your body. A well equipped gym is ideal to complete this program, however there are also home workouts for those times when it's not possible to get to the gym. You will only need resistance bands or a set of dumbbells to complete these sessions.
How many times a week will I need to train?
The programme includes 4 resistance-based sessions per week. Cardio sessions can be completed anywhere and the number of cardio sessions will vary from person to person based on time available, motivation and goals.
Do I have to take supplements?
You don’t have to take any supplements although if you want to get the optimal results we recommend a few basic scientifically backed supplements.
Is there support included?
We understand that on-going support is important. That’s why we have a dedicated Facebook group and email support to make sure that any questions can be answered as well as for moral support.
